This is my most in-depth offering — a completely custom-designed journey based on your interests, travel style, and preferences. I take care of everything: hotels, guides, local experiences, transfers and more. These trips typically start at $20,000 per week for a family of 4–6.

Retainer Fee: From $750 per week (+ applicable taxes), depending on complexity and timing.

  • A face-to-face or video conversation to get to know you, your dreams, interests and preferences
  • Deep research to design a tailor-made trip for you
  • Booking of all trip components as required including tours, event tickets and private experiences
  • A customised itinerary that fits your preferred travel style – planned to the minute, free-flowing or a mix of both
  • Support with sourcing and booking additional services e.g. car hire, childcare, equipment for kids, grocery shopping, private chefs, entertainment etc.
  • Suggestions of great places to eat and drink, with reservations made as requested
  • Additional advice including appropriate travel insurance, local and FCDO travel advice, COVID updates, practical hints and tips
  • A concise, easy to manage, sharable itinerary on an app, containing all your booking confirmations, contact details, live updates on travel and other useful information for your trip
